Where is Pcommando Cards located?
We are located within the United Kingdom.
Where do you Ship to?
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom & to some Islands.
When will my Cards Ship?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 36 hours of the order being placed.
For breaks, cards will normally ship on the following Monday after the scheduled break time.
Can I Return my Order?
Due to the nature of sports cards returns are usually not possible. Usually it is only in the event of damaged or incorrectly shipped items that a return will be possible.
Can I Cancel or Amend my Order?
Yes. For sealed packs and boxes, as long as the order has not been shipped it will be possible to cancel or amend the order free of charge. A full refund will be given, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
For breaks, it is only possible to cancel an order up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled break start time. After the schedulded break time it will not be possible to cancel an order.
My Order Hasn't Arrived. What Should I do?
There can be a number of reasons why an order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe. If your order has not arrived more than 7 days after dispatch then please contact us on info@pcommandocards.co.uk so that we can advise you on the next steps. Please report any missing packages within 30 days of dispatch. After this time it may not be possible to take any action or provide a refund.
My Package is Damaged.
Please inspect all packages upon receipt. Whilst every care is taken to ensure your package arrives safely, it is possible for damage to occur during transit. Occasionally some minor cosmetic damage can occur to boxes which is unavoidable. Please report any significant damage immediately to info@pcommandocards.co.uk. Returns or exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis. DO NOT open any damaged products. Refunds or returns can not be accepted when the item has been opened.
Condition of Cards Within Packs/Boxes.
We aren't able to guarantee the condition of cards within packs/boxes. It is possible and not uncommon for cards to be defective in some way and/or have factory damage. If you are unhappy with the condition/quality of any cards recieved, please contact the card manufacturer to make any complaints.
My box contained less cards than it says on the box, or didn't have the number of autographs or memorabilia cards stated?
We can not offer any refunds if the number of cards within packs or boxes does not match the manufacturers stated insertion ratios. Our products come sealed and are not tampered with in any way. If you are unhappy with the contents of any product, a complaint would have to be made to the manufacturer.
My Box Contains a Redemption Card. What now?
Redemption cards can be received in place of other cards such as autigraphs etc. For details of how to claim or for details on expiration dates, please contact the manufacturer. It is possible that redmeption cards can be expired. No refunds or returns can be made in these instances.
What is a Group Break?
A group break is a great way for sports card collectors to participate in case/box opening events. For a fraction of the price of the full box/case participants still have the chance of hitting the best cards.

In What Condition are Your Packs and Boxes?
Packs and boxes are all factory sealed in the manufacturers original wrapping. All our products are genuine and are 100% untampered with.
The Product I Want isn't Listed in the Store.
If you don't see the product you're after let us know. It can often be possible for us to order the product you are looking for.
